Data Analytics

This role oversees a range of data-related responsibilities, including data mining, database management and upkeep, ensuring data quality, and conducting data analysis.

Job Duties

• Data Requests & Integration
  Key datasets—such as Hong Kong Granular Data—are exclusively accessible to the country analytics team (DAI). Having a dedicated DAI resource within the country enables faster turnaround for locally generated reports and summary tables shared with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Strategy Development
  The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external business partners to develop, implement, monitor, and enhance decision-making strategies. Although primarily a business function, it requires coordination with marketing, technology teams, and various systems to support execution and launches.
• Campaign & Initiative Analysis
  Analytics support is needed from target selection through to campaign performance evaluation. As the number of initiatives grows, country-level DAI support becomes increasingly critical

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in Data Analytics
• Relevant experience in data with basic SQL knowledge
• Preferred hands-on expeirence on any analytic tools (Ex. SAS, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS etc)
